Residents of Maluma Location in Kitui County have a reason to celebrate after CPA Nicholas Mulila restored water access by installing new pumps in Mitalani and Ndithini community boreholes in athi Ward, kitui south.
These vital water sources had been dormant for over three years due to neglect from leaders
