Kitui Senator and Deputy Minority Leader in the Senate, Hon. Enoch Wambua CBS, has responded to comments made by former Kitui Governor Hon. Charity Ngilu, who recently urged leaders to focus more on serving the people rather than singing.
Speaking at a church service at AIC Kwa Vonza, Senator Wambua defended his actions, stating, “When I sing, I do it for God.”
The remarks come amidst ongoing debates about the role of leaders in prioritizing development and service delivery in Kitui County.
