Kalonzo, Opposition Seek Clarity on Adani Deals in Court

NAIROBI – Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and the People’s Loyal Opposition Team appeared at the Milimani High Court on Wednesday, demanding transparency over the Adani-related deals.

They sought confirmation that all agreements, including the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO) deal, had been revoked.

The team also pressed for disclosure on any liabilities Kenyans may have incurred due to what they termed as “shady and secretive dealings” by the Kenya Kwanza administration.

Justice Bahati Mwamuye directed that the matter be addressed on April 8, 2025.
