In a heartfelt gesture aimed at improving access to clean water, Patrick Muthengi Ngere, a Board of Trustee/Director at the Tourism Fund, has donated two water tanks to Migwani Sub-County. The beneficiaries of this noble initiative are the office of the Deputy County Commissioner (DCC) Migwani and Migwani AIC Special School.
During his visit, Mr. Ngere paid a courtesy call to DCC Mwingi Central, Madam Catherine Njoroge, and DCC Migwani Sub-County, Madam Rukia, where he officially handed over the water tanks. He then proceeded to Migwani AIC Special School, where he not only donated another water tank but also provided a financial contribution to support the school’s operations.
As part of his community engagement, Mr. Ngere took time to visit Thokoa Primary School, his alma mater, where he reconnected with teachers, students, and members of the community. His visit underscored his commitment to giving back to society and supporting local development initiatives.
Speaking to TCD Digital Media, Mr. Ngere reaffirmed his dedication to championing community-driven projects, especially in sectors such as education and water accessibility.
