A section of residents from Voo-Kyamatu in Kitui East has urged Henry Nyamai, the current Chief Officer for Energy, Natural and mineral resources in Kitui County, to contest for the parliamentary seat in 2027.
Speaking to TCD Digital in Voo town, boda boda riders expressed their support for Nyamai, stating they will persuade him to enter the race.
Efforts to reach Nyamai for comment in regards to the political ambition were unsuccessful as his phone remained unreachable.
