Yatta MCA Hon. Mark Nding’o has proposed in that bursaries be domiciled within county governments to ensure fairness and transparency in the distribution process.
Nding’o emphasized that this move would help eliminate issues of discrimination and discrepancies, ensuring that deserving students receive support based on need and merit. The proposal aims to streamline the bursary allocation process, making it more efficient and accessible to all.
