In an effort to empower the youth of Machakos County, Governor Wavinya Ndeti has launched a new program called #800LicensesTo800Youths. This initiative, facilitated by Arizona International College, aims to provide 800 young people with driving and motorbike licenses.
The program is designed to enhance the skills and employability of Machakos youths, enabling them to engage in transport businesses more efficiently. The beneficiaries have expressed their gratitude, emphasizing that this opportunity will significantly impact their livelihoods and economic prospects.
Governor Ndeti highlighted the importance of such initiatives in fostering self-reliance and reducing unemployment among the youth in the region.
