Deputy Speaker Gladys Boss Shollei has sharply criticized former Chief Justice David Maraga for joining recent anti-government protests. Speaking on Thursday, Shollei said, “Shame on you, Maraga. You’re on a government pension, yet you go to the streets to demonstrate and mislead our children.”
Her remarks come amid growing public dissent, with youth-led protests gaining momentum across the country. Maraga has not publicly responded to the statement.
