Kitui Central politician and former kyangwithya West hon Boniface Katumo is reportedly gearing up to reclaim the Kyangithya West MCA seat in the upcoming election.
According to political insiders, Katumo is making strategic moves to unseat the incumbent, Crispus Nzilu, who is also the current Deputy Speaker of the Kitui County Assembly.
Katumo lost to Nzilu in the 2022 general election but appears determined to make a strong comeback. With political realignments taking shape, the race is expected to be highly competitive.
