Kabaa Village, Kyangwithya East Ward – Hon. Dr. Makali Mulu, CBS, joined family, friends, and mourners for the final send-off of the late Raphael Kimuli Wambua, a GSU officer. The burial was marked by heartfelt tributes and reflections on his service and legacy.
Hon. Dr. Mulu was accompanied by Laisamis MP, Hon. Lekuton Joseph, as they offered condolences and support to the bereaved family. The event highlighted a strong sense of unity and solidarity within the community.
