Today, Hon. Dr. Makali Mulu, MP for Kitui Central, attended a worship service at Kiseuni DCC Kanyongonyo AIC in Kyanyangi Ward, Kitui Rural Constituency . Following the service, Dr. Mulu participated in a fundraising event aimed at building the DCC office.
During the event, Dr. Mulu addressed the congregation about the controversial finance bill, stating, “I voted No for the punitive finance bill and I can’t support it.”* His stance was met with approval from the attendees.
Dr. Mulu was accompanied by Hon. Nzilu, MCA for Kyangwithya West and Hon. Boniface Katula, MCA for Kyanyangi Ward who was the host of the event. Their presence highlighted the collective support for community initiatives and local development.
