Nominated Kitui MCA Hon. Mbithe Mulinge led Kitui County residents in commemorating World Menstrual Hygiene Day at Kwa Ukungu Primary School in Kyangwithya West, Kitui Central.
In a bold show of support for the girl child, the Wiper party MCA donated sanitary pads to dozens of schoolgirls, highlighting the critical need for menstrual hygiene support in rural schools. Her initiative aimed at breaking period poverty and ensuring that no girl misses school because of lack of sanitary products.
