Incoming Kanyangi MCA Hon. Sengu Rallies Support for Wiper and 2027 Leadership

The political landscape of Kanyangi Ward is taking shape ahead of the 2027 elections as Hon. Jones Musembi Kilonzi (Sengu), a key aspirant for the Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat, made a strategic move at the Wiper Democratic Movement Party headquarters in Nairobi.

During the meeting, Hon. Sengu engaged party officials in discussions on strengthening Wiper at the grassroots level. Mr. Katumbu, a senior party representative, welcomed and commended him for his insightful contributions on expanding Wiper’s influence. A key point of discussion was the mobilization and registration of new party members, ensuring that the Kamba community stands firmly behind Wiper leader Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka in his 2027 presidential bid.

“We must rally behind our own and also bring other communities on board. The future of our region depends on our unity and commitment,” Hon. Sengu emphasized.

He further urged all Kanyangi residents to officially register as Wiper members, cementing the ward as a Wiper stronghold. He appealed to fellow leaders to support this initiative, emphasizing that strategic political organization is crucial for future growth and representation at the national level.

Hon. Sengu reassured the people of Kanyangi that his leadership will focus on development, justice, equality, and transparency. He called on voters to choose a leader based on merit, vision, and the ability to bring real change rather than personal interests and baseless arguments.

“A true leader serves with an independent mind, guided by the will of the people and the fear of God,” he stated.

With momentum building, the rallying call “Sengu Sengua na Kanyangi Kaitu” continues to gain traction, signifying the people’s readiness for transformative leadership in Kanyangi Ward.
