Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe Commits to Enhanced Development Across the County

Governor Dr. Julius Malombe has reiterated his administration’s pledge to advance development initiatives throughout Kitui County, emphasizing ongoing improvements in key areas that significantly affect the lives of residents.

During a recent burial ceremony for the late Johnson Mwanza Muli, a respected educationist who served as an Education Officer until his retirement in 1999, Governor Malombe addressed the attendees at Matinyani DEB Primary School grounds in Kitui West Sub-county.

In his speech, the Governor highlighted the importance of access to essential services, particularly water, and announced plans to provide a sustainable water supply for Matinyani DEB Primary School and the surrounding community. “We are committed to reducing water shortages in this area,” he stated, underscoring the county’s dedication to improving the quality of life for its citizens.

Area Member of County Assembly (MCA) Sylvester Munyalo also praised the county administration for its proactive approach and effective leadership in fostering long-term development in Kitui. “The decisive actions taken by the governor’s administration are steering our county towards a brighter future,” Munyalo remarked.

As Kitui County continues to progress under Dr. Malombe’s leadership, residents can expect further developments aimed at improving infrastructure and access to vital resources.
