Yatta Kwa Vonza MCA, Hon. Mark Ndingo, presided over the site handover for the installation of four high-mast solar floodlights in Kwavonza, Kiusyani, Kwakilui, and Nthongoni urban centers.
Ndingo revealed that the KSh 32 million project, sourced from the National Government’s State Department for Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, will feature 30-meter-high masts capable of illuminating a 300-meter radius.
The initiative aims to enhance security and boost economic activities in the targeted areas.
