President Ruto Removes George Wanga as EPRA Chairperson
President William Ruto has
dismissed George Wanga, husband of Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga, from his role as the non-executive Chairperson of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA).

The decision, communicated via a gazette notice, follows Wanga’s appointment to the position in January 2025 under the same administration.
