Principal Secretary for livestock development hon Jonathan Mueke, has called on the Kamba community to shift away from opposition politics and align with the government for greater development benefits.
Speaking in Kitui during the County KUPPET Annual General Meeting, where he was the chief guest, Mueke emphasized the role of teachers in shaping society.”Teachers worldwide shape the communities we live in.
It was such an honor to attend the Kitui County KUPPET annual general meeting as the chief guest today,” he said.
“His remarks come at a time when the political landscape in the region is under scrutiny, with various leaders debating the best path for the Kamba community ahead of the 2027 general elections.Mueke, a former Nairobi Deputy Governor, has been vocal about the need for the region to work closely with the government to secure development projects and political influence at the national level.
