Security Boost for Mutha Health Centre as Kitui County Completes Fencing Project

The County Government of Kitui has successfully completed the fencing and gate installation at Mutha Health Centre, marking a significant step towards improving security and infrastructure at the facility.

The project, which falls under Governor Dr. Julius Malombe’s ongoing health sector improvement agenda, has been well received by the local leadership and residents. Area MCA Hon. Dominic Mandi praised the development, noting that the secured perimeter will help safeguard medical resources, ensure safety for staff and patients, and promote a conducive environment for healthcare delivery.

“This is a clear demonstration of what devolution can achieve when priorities are aligned with community needs,” Hon. Mandi said during a site inspection.

The initiative is part of a broader push by the county administration to upgrade health facilities and improve access to quality healthcare services.
