The Principal Secretary for Livestock Development, Hon. Jonathan Mueke, on Tuesday afternoon hosted the Chairman of the Old Cambrian Society and his delegation at Kilimo House.
The meeting served as a platform to discuss and reflect on the impactful initiatives being spearheaded by alumni of Nairobi School — famously known as Old Cambrians — aimed at supporting their alma mater. These include scholarship programs, mentorship initiatives, and infrastructural support to empower current students.
PS Mueke, himself a proud Old Cambrian, praised the society’s efforts in giving back to the school, describing the meeting as “refreshing and inspiring.” He reaffirmed his personal commitment to continue supporting Nairobi School and its students in all possible ways.
“As an active Old Cambrian, I will continue to support Nairobi School and its students to the best of my ability,” he said.
The Old Cambrian Society has for years played a vital role in fostering unity among alumni and promoting development projects at Nairobi School.
