Devolution Success in Kitui: Governor Malombe’s Leadership and Vision Drive Development

Kitui, October 27 — In a time when effective leadership is vital for the success of devolution, Kitui County’s Governor Dr. Julius Malombe has emerged as a model leader by delivering impactful projects despite financial challenges.
