On Friday, 22 November, 2024 – Governor Dr. Julius Malombe (EGH) hosted CS Labour and Social Protection Dr. Alfred Mutua for a courtesy call at the Governor’s office in Kitui.
The CS is in Kitui for the National Job recruitment Program (phase 1) by the Ministry of Labour happening in Mulango Vocational Training Centre today.
This comes at a point when the County Government of Kitui hosted Kitui County Youth engagement forum 2024 last week.
CS Labour and Social Protection Dr. Alfred Mutua has indicated that 1,000 successful candidates from Kitui should anticipate departure by December 25, 2024, following a comprehensive recruitment and preparation process.
The recruitment methodology involves multiple systematic steps, including provisional employment documentation, fingerprinting through the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, passport application facilitation, medical examinations, and academic document attestation.*
