Eastern Region: Anne Kiusya from the Machakos County Assembly emerged as the best speaker, recognized for her exemplary leadership and dedication to promoting community-centered policies.

Coast Region: Hon. Teddy Ngumbao Mwambire from Kilifi County claimed the top spot. Mwambire’s role in advancing social and economic programs has earned him widespread respect within the coastal communities.

North Eastern Region: Hon. Abdi Idle Gure of Garissa County was acknowledged for his commitment to addressing regional security and infrastructure challenges, making him the best-performing speaker in the region.

Nyanza Region: Hon. Elisha Jack Oraro from Kisumu County took the lead in the Nyanza region. His emphasis on fostering civic engagement and policy innovation has distinguished him as a transformative leader.

Western Region: Busia County’s Eng. Fredrick Wafula Odilo emerged as the top speaker in Western Kenya. His background in engineering has contributed to a pragmatic approach in legislative functions, enhancing service delivery in Busia.

Rift Valley Region: Hon. Joel Karuri Maina of Nakuru County was selected as the best speaker in Rift Valley. His advocacy for youth empowerment and agriculture-driven policies has made a significant impact across Nakuru.

Central Region: Hon. Charles Thiong’o from Kiambu County stood out in Central Kenya, praised for his efforts in enhancing transparency and accountability within county affairs.
