Yatta/Kwavonza Ward, September 7th Sep 2024 – Hon. Mark Nding’o, the Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Yatta/Kwavonza Ward, joined the Tanganyika community in a colorful celebration and thanksgiving party to honor the retirement of Mr. Dennis Musembi.
The event, held at Mr. Musembi’s home, celebrated his dedicated service as the Head Teacher of Kwavonza Primary School.Mr. Musembi, who served as a teacher for many years, was praised for his exceptional leadership and commitment to education. Under his guidance, Kwavonza Primary School made significant strides in academic performance, infrastructure, and overall student development.
In his address, Hon. Nding’o commended Mr. Musembi for his years of service to the community, emphasizing the critical role educators play in shaping the future of society. “Mr. Musembi’s dedication and tireless efforts have left a lasting legacy in our community.
We owe him a debt of gratitude for the many lives he has touched and for the positive impact he has made on the education sector,” said Hon. Nding’o.
The event saw various speakers, including colleagues, students, and community leaders, who lauded Mr. Musembi’s achievements and wished him well in his retirement. Traditional songs, dances, and gifts were part of the festivities as the community came together to celebrate one of their own.
