Kitui County Assembly member for Vonza, Hon. Mark Ndingo, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family of Carol and Munyao Musyoka following the tragic loss of their one-year-old daughter, Nylah Nzisa. Speaking at Manzi a Itumo in Kwa Mutonga Kithumula Ward, Hon. Ndingo offered words of comfort, emphasizing the enduring bond of friendship and support.
