Kitui County is in mourning following the tragic death of Mercy Mawia, a promising media personality, who passed away during surgery at Nairobi West Hospital. The Kitui County KNUT Secretary General, Mr. Simon Mutunga, along with the entire teaching fraternity, has expressed deep condolences to her family.
Mercy Mawia was a rising star in the media industry, known for her work at Mbaitu FM radio station. Ndingo, a notable figure in the community, described her as one of the most promising talents in Ukambani. Her sudden passing has left a void in the hearts of many who admired her dedication and talent.
