Kitui MCA Mark Ndingo Calls for Unity and Political Collaboration

Hon. Mark Ndingo, Member of Kitui County Assembly representing Yatta Kwa Vonza, has emphasized the need for unity among the Mt. Kenya factions and expressed support for broader political collaboration within the GEMA community.

In a televised interview on Mumo Television, which broadcasts in the Kamba dialect, MCA Ndingo analyzed the recent voting patterns in the Mt. Kenya region. He stated that the overwhelming support for the UDA candidate in the last election was a deliberate move to punish former President Uhuru Kenyatta. Ndingo urged President William Ruto to intervene and reconcile the warring factions within Mt. Kenya to foster a more unified front.

Addressing the political alignment within the GEMA community, Ndingo welcomed the inclusion of the Kamba nation in future collaborative efforts. He believes that such unity will enhance a collective purpose and strengthen political strategies.

MCA Ndingo also commended Kitui Governor Julius Malombe’s development agenda, which he says has positively impacted all forty wards in the county. Ndingo encouraged the people of Kitui to continue supporting the governor’s initiatives.

He further mentioned his support for any potential moves to allow Governor Malombe to run for office again in 2027, praising his exceptional performance in the region.

These remarks were made during Ndingo’s appearance on Mumo Television, reflecting his commitment to regional unity and development.
