Kwa Vonza MCA, Hon. Mark Nding’o, has dismissed the impeachment motion against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua as a diversion from more pressing national issues, such as the ongoing Adani controversy.
Popular MCA Nding’o criticized the move, saying it highlights poor relationship management by the presidency.

He further questioned how MPs could gather 391 signatures for Gachagua’s impeachment while failing to raise the numbers needed for former Agriculture CS Mithika Linturi’s impeachment. “It’s laughable and misplaced,” Nding’o remarked.
