Nairobi, Kenya — The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties has released the list of candidates qualified to participate in the upcoming election for the PPLC nomination to the IEBC Selection Panel. The election is scheduled for July 26, 2024.
The candidates are divided into three clusters:
- Non-Parliamentary Political Parties Cluster
– Amos Mugambi Kathuri
– Evans Misati James
– Kipkoech Evans Cheruiyot
– Lilian Anyango Gor
- Majority Coalition Cluster
– Benedict Wandeto Wachira
– Nicodemus Kiphirchir Bore
- Minority Coalition Cluster
– Augustus Kyalo Muli
– Koki Muli Grignon
The candidates will compete for positions in the IEBC Selection Panel, a critical body responsible for overseeing the integrity and fairness of the electoral process in Kenya.
