Madam June M. Kavyati Appointed Managing Director of Kitwasco After Rigorous Vetting

Madam June M. Kavyati has officially been appointed as the Managing Director of Kitui Water and Sanitation Company (Kitwasco) following a thorough vetting process conducted by the board. Her appointment was confirmed on Wednesday, with the official welcome given by Kitwasco’s board chairman, Mr. John Muthui.

Madam Kavyati, an accomplished professional with an impressive academic and professional background, holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK). Prior to her appointment, she had been serving as the Managing Director in an acting capacity, during which she showcased exceptional leadership and expertise.

With extensive experience, including her previous role as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in the County Government and as a senior officer at KIMWASCO, Madam Kavyati brings a wealth of knowledge to Kitwasco. Her strategic vision is expected to guide the company in its mission to enhance water and sanitation services in Kitui County.
