Yatta Kwa Vonza MCA, Hon. Mark Ndingo, has criticized the current push by MPs to impeach Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, stating that they underestimated the constitutional requirements for such a move.
According to Ndingo, the lawmakers failed to conduct proper research and due diligence on the evidence needed for the process.
He further pointed out that the involvement of witnesses Mwengi Mutuse and Dr. Mulwa has complicated matters, as they lack a clear understanding of constitutional practices and procedures.
