Residents and parents of Kwa Ndonga Primary School in Matinyani, Kitui West, staged peaceful demonstrations, calling for the transfer of the school’s headteacher.
The protesters expressed concerns over declining academic performance, accusing the headteacher of mismanagement.
They claim the headteacher is running the school into the ground and have urged education authorities to intervene and take immediate action to improve the situation. The parents demand a new leadership to restore the school’s former success.
