I wish to congratulate my sister Beatrice Askul Moe upon her nomination by H.E President William Ruto as the Cabinet Secretary for East African Affairs & Regional Development. This is a great gesture of honour to women fraternity in this country and a recognition of women’s leadership capacity in the service of their fellow Kenyans.

I, too, wish to thank President Ruto for the honour he bestowed upon me of serving in his cabinet.

I also wish to thank all Kenyans for their great support while I served as the Cabinet Secretary for the East African Community, ASALs and Regional Development.
