President William Ruto, former President Uhuru Kenyatta, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, and Deputy President Kithure Kindiki shared a rare public appearance during the Consecration and Installation of Bishop Peter Kimani Ndung’u at St. Peter’s Claver’s Parish in Embu County.
The event, attended by Catholic clerics and faithful, brought together the leaders despite their political differences. Their presence underscored the significance of the ceremony for the Catholic community in the region.
Bishop Ndung’u succeeds Bishop Paul Kariuki Njiru, marking a new chapter for the Embu Diocese.
