Vonza Member of County Assembly (MCA), Hon. Mark Ndingo, has urged leaders in Kitui County to prioritize unity and dialogue for the benefit of residents. Speaking to the TCD digital editorial, Hon. Ndingo emphasized the importance of resolving disputes amicably without involving “keyboard warriors” or escalating tensions on social media platforms.
“The greatest good the assembly and the executive can do for our people is to stay united and resolve our conflicts amicably,” he stated. “We need to tone down and engage in constructive dialogue. Too much politics will only hinder service delivery to our people.”
His remarks come amid heightened tensions between the Kitui County Assembly and the Executive, with disagreements threatening to disrupt the smooth functioning of government operations.
Hon. Ndingo reiterated the need for leaders to focus on service delivery rather than political conflicts, adding that the people of Kitui deserve better governance and development efforts.
“The electorate expects us to work together, not against each other. Unity is the foundation for progress and development,” he said.
