Yatta Kwa Vonza MCA, Hon. Mark Ndingo, on Thursday, officiated the handover of a newly completed Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) classroom at Ngovu Primary School, located in Makusya. The project was funded and implemented by the County Government of Kitui under the leadership of Governor Dr. Julius Makau Malombe, EGH.
During the ceremony, Hon. Ndingo emphasized the significance of the new facility in creating a conducive learning environment for young learners. “It’s a good step in improving the learning environment that determines the success and motivation of the students to succeed in their careers,” he stated.
Hon. Mark Ndingo, who also serves as the County Assembly Chairperson for the Basic Education Committee, reiterated his commitment to supporting educational initiatives that foster development in the community. The new ECDE classroom is expected to greatly enhance early childhood education in the region, providing a better foundation for learners.
Local leaders, parents, and community members were present at the event, which was hailed as a significant achievement for the school and the area at large.
