Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe has endorsed the Katonyi-led team as the legitimate leadership of the Wiper Party in Kitui County Assembly , aligning with the recent High Court ruling and the party’s official position.
Speaking on the sidelines of MCA Mark Nding’o’s thanksgiving ceremony in Mamole, Governor Malombe emphasized that the party had already pronounced itself on the matter and that its direction must be respected.
“The party has spoken, the court has spoken — and that remains the way forward,” said Malombe.
