I cannot buy fear, I will lock Kitui East for Wiper – Kiema Kilonzo fires back at Nimrod Mbai

Date:

Former Kitui East MP Kiema Kilonzo has hit back at the incumbent MP Nimrod Mbai, saying he will not be intimidated by a seemingly mentally disturbed man.

Kilonzo promised that he will move around the constituency and lock the region for the Wiper party, and warned MP Mbai to prepare to go home.

The Wiper hopeful and former legislator dismissed what he described as attempts by Mbai to intimidate Wiper leaders from campaigning in Kitui East.

“I cannot buy fear. Kitui East belongs to its people, not to any individual. We will campaign in every corner of that constituency and I will lock Kitui East for Wiper,” Kiema declared. “Let the MP prepare to go home” he added.

The former legislator urged residents to remain united and resist politics of intimidation, saying the 2027 General Election should be decided by the ballot and not threats.
