Kitui Senator Enoch Wambua on Sunday led a high-powered delegation of Wiper Patriotic Front leaders from the Coast region in a consultative meeting with Aisha Jumwa at her Kakuyuni residence in Malindi, as political realignments ahead of the 2027 General Election continue to gather momentum.
The meeting was attended by Danson Mwashako and focused on the political landscape in Kilifi County and the wider Coast region, with leaders discussing strategies aimed at strengthening the opposition’s influence ahead of the next polls.
According to Senator Wambua, the consultations form part of the broader national liberation agenda being championed by the Wiper Patriotic Front Party and the United Alternative Government Coalition under the leadership of Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka. He said the coalition remains committed to building a united political movement capable of delivering change in 2027.
The Kitui Senator thanked Aisha Jumwa for hosting the delegation, describing the discussions as productive and expressing optimism that continued engagements across the country will strengthen the coalition’s preparations for the 2027 General Election.
