Mwingi North UDA Mp Hopeful Martha Mati on Friday hosted women, youth empowerment forum In a bold move to strengthen grassroots connections ahead of 2027 general elections.
Kitui South MP Dr. Rachael Kaki Nyamai has taken the lead in a dynamic women and youth empowerment forum in Mitamisyi, Ngomeni Ward. The event saw enthusiastic residents rallying behind President William Ruto and the Kenya Kwanza government.
Nyamai emphasized that this gathering was not just about dialogue but a vital chance to engage with the community on development issues, urging them to turn away from what she termed the politics of “Voomwe Veetwe.”Joining Nyamai were Mwingi North MP aspirant Martha Mati and Senator Beth Syengo at a Churches Empowerment Forum, where they discussed significant development initiatives rolled out by the Kenya Kwanza administration in Kitui County.
Nyamai called on the community to keep backing President Ruto’s vision for progress and the government’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of life for all.The forum attracted a diverse group of leaders, including PS Jonathan Mueke, Mwingi West MP Charles Ngusya Nguna (CNN), and former CS Peninah Malonza, among others.
