Mwingi West Member of Parliament, Hon. Charles Nguna, has announced that the European Union (EU) will fund 30 electricity projects in Mwingi West with an investment of 330 million shillings. This significant development was revealed during an interview with County Diary Digital News.
The funding aims to enhance the region’s electricity infrastructure, boosting access to power for residents and supporting local economic growth. Hon. Nguna highlighted the positive impact this initiative will have on the community, improving living standards and creating opportunities for development
The projects are expected to address current challenges related to electricity access and reliability, providing a much-needed boost to the area’s social and economic activities.
