Former Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu Attends the Burial of Late Kula Ilii in Kisasi Ward

Mosa Village, Kisasi Ward – Former Kitui Governor, H.E. Charity Kaluki Ngilu, today attended the funeral of the late Kula Ilii at Mosa Village, Kisasi Ward. During the solemn occasion, Ngilu eulogized the late Kula as a development-oriented elder who was dedicated to improving his community.
