Hon. Ndingo, Chair of the Education Committee, delivered an impactful and statesmanlike address during the issuance of pro-poor bursaries. The exercise was officiated by Governor Dr Julius Makau Malombe.

Ndingo’s speech was read by vice committee chairperson hon Kavilisi highlighted the committee’s unwavering commitment to empowering underprivileged students and advancing education equity.
