Im in wiper to stay, Mp Charles Nguna fires back at Mwingi Central Mp Gideon Mulyungi

Towering Mwingi West Member of Parliament Hon. Charles Nguna has strongly dismissed recent criticism from his counterpart, Mwingi Central MP Hon. Gideon Mulyungi, regarding his stance during the recent parliamentary impeachment vote against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with TCD Digital, Hon. Nguna rebuked Mulyungi’s claims that he should not set foot in Mwingi Central for allegedly defying the Wiper Party’s position during the impeachment process. Nguna insisted that as an elected MP, he represents the will of the people of Mwingi West and will vote based on their best interests, not under pressure from few elements in the party.

“I have more assets in Mwingi central more than you (Nguna told Mp Mulyungi)”Leave the little tiny, diminutive MP with selected goons. I am not a pushover. I was democratically sent to Parliament by Mwingi West people, and I have a right to vote YES or NO, depending on what’s good for my 139,000 people! Anyone above shouting and talking is just wasting time,” Nguna stated.

Nguna reaffirmed his loyalty to the Wiper Party leader Rt hon Kalonzo Musyoka but stressed that he would not be dictated on how to vote in Parliament, citing his constitutional right to freedom of expression.

He expressed his confidence that the people of Mwingi West fully trust his leadership and decision-making.”I remain steadfast and focused. I can’t be dictated on how to vote! Which constitution are we following if you can be dictated on how to vote in Parliament? I cannot allow my fundamental freedom of expression to be infringed by anybody!” Nguna emphasized.

The Mwingi West MP made it clear that he is committed to representing his constituents and standing firm in his beliefs, regardless of internal party conflicts.
