Governor Malombe, MCA Nding’o Deliver Modern Street Lighting Project in Kitui Kwa Vonza Town

Residents and businesses in Kitui Kwa Vonza Town have received a major infrastructure boost following the installation of modern street lights delivered through the leadership of Julius Makau Malombe and Yatta Kwa Vonza MCA Mark Nding’o. The project, implemented under the county government’s development agenda, is aimed at improving security, enhancing business activities, and creating a safer environment for residents and visitors.

the street lighting project is part of the county’s commitment to transforming urban centres through improved public infrastructure under the slogan “Keeping the Promise. the installation of the lights will promote a vibrant night-time economy, improve movement within the town, and support continued growth in Kitui Kwa Vonza as an emerging commercial hub.

MCA Mark Nding’o welcomed the completion of the project, saying it reflects the county government’s commitment to delivering tangible development projects that directly benefit the people. He urged residents to safeguard the new infrastructure from vandalism, emphasizing that protecting public investments will ensure the community continues to enjoy improved security, economic opportunities, and better public services.
