Yatta Kwa Vonza MCA Hon. Mark Nding’o on Wednesday held an interactive public engagement forum with residents of Kalima, Nyanyaa and Ndunguni villages to discuss key development priorities aimed at improving the livelihoods of the local community.
During the meeting, residents and the ward representative deliberated on pressing issues affecting the area, with road infrastructure, water access and environmental conservation taking center stage. Community members highlighted the need for improved road networks to ease transport, expanded water projects to address persistent shortages, and measures to protect the environment.
Hon. Nding’o reaffirmed his commitment to championing people-centered development, noting that regular consultations with residents are essential in ensuring that projects implemented within the ward reflect the community’s needs and priorities.
The MCA assured residents that their concerns would inform future development interventions, reiterating his pledge to work closely with relevant government agencies and stakeholders to accelerate the implementation of projects that enhance service delivery and improve the quality of life in Yatta Kwa Vonza Ward.
