Yatta Kwa Vonza Ward MCA Hon. Mark Nding’o on Sunday joined President William Ruto, senior government officials, and other political leaders for a church service at St. Martin’s Cathedral in Kitui with congregants from the Anglican Diocese of Kitui.
The service brought together leaders from different political affiliations in a show of unity and worship, with calls for peaceful coexistence and collaborative leadership aimed at fostering development across the country.
Hon. Nding’o reiterated his commitment to working with leaders from both the county and national governments to ensure the people of Yatta Kwa Vonza Ward benefit from development projects, regardless of political differences.

Speaking on his political future, Hon. Nding’o restated his long-held position that his next political move will be determined by the people who elected him.
“Baada ya miaka 5 niliyochaguliwa na wapiga kura wa Yatta Kwa Vonza, wao ndio watanipa mwelekeo ni kiti gani wanataka niitishe. Kwa sasa tufanye kazi, wakati wa siasa bado,” he said.
His remarks underscore his focus on development and public service as leaders gradually begin positioning themselves ahead of the 2027 General Election.
