KITUI – ACK Diocese of Kitui Bishop Rt. Rev. Gedion Muneeni Nzoka has lauded Bonnie Musambi for his role in facilitating communication with President William Ruto, saying his efforts helped secure the President’s attendance at a major church fundraiser in Kitui.
Speaking during the church function in Kitui Town, Bishop Muneeni publicly thanked Musambi for delivering the church’s invitation to the President and supporting preparations for the event.
In a moment that drew loud applause from the congregation, the Bishop praised Musambi’s commitment to serving the people and expressed confidence in his political future, declaring him the “incoming Kitui Central MP.”
President Ruto also commended Musambi, describing him as a dedicated public servant committed to serving both the church and the community.
Addressing the congregation, Musambi revealed that he personally delivered Bishop Muneeni’s invitation letter to the President at his office. According to Musambi, President Ruto assured him immediately that he would honor the invitation and attend the Kitui church fundraiser.

“When I presented the invitation from Bishop Muneeni to the President, he told me he would come to Kitui for the fundraiser,” Musambi said.
Musambi’s role in linking the church leadership with the Presidency earned him praise from Bishop Muneeni, members of the congregation, and many residents who attended the event.
The church function attracted thousands of faithful, religious leaders, and political leaders from across the region, with President Ruto’s attendance highlighting the significance of the occasion.
