Kitui South MP Dr. Racheal Kaki Nyamai on Friday joined Kitui East MP Hon. Nimrod Mbai at AIC Kaliku in Mutito for a public engagement forum that brought together residents, church faithful and UDA leaders.
The forum provided an opportunity for leaders to engage directly with residents on development priorities, community unity and the progress of Kitui County, while highlighting ongoing programmes under the Kenya Kwanza administration.
Dr. Nyamai and the other leaders reaffirmed their support for President William Ruto’s development agenda, urging residents of Kitui East to continue backing government programmes aimed at improving livelihoods and accelerating development.
The leaders also emphasised the importance of unity and sustained collaboration between elected leaders, the national government and local communities in ensuring that development projects reach residents.
Among those who attended were PS Jonathan Mueke, Hon. Charles Nguna, Hon. Joe Mutambu, Hon. Penina Malonza, Commissioner Ben Muasya, Hon. Martha Mati, Hon. Bonnie Musambi and several Members of the County Assembly.
The engagement comes as UDA leaders intensify grassroots mobilisation and public engagements across Kitui ahead of the 2027 General Election.
