KITUI SOUTH MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT HON NYAMAI STEPS UP UDA GRASSROOTS MOBILISATION, RALLIES KITUI SOUTH LEADERS BEHIND RUTO
Kitui South MP Dr Rachael Kaki Nyamai has stepped up grassroots mobilisation for the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), hosting a major party engagement forum in Mutomo-Kibwea Ward on Friday as the ruling party intensifies efforts to strengthen its structures ahead of the 2027 General Election.
The meeting brought together party leaders, grassroots representatives and delegates from across the ward, providing a platform to discuss strategies for expanding UDA’s influence, improving grassroots coordination and strengthening political networks at the local level.
Nyamai, who also serves as the UDA Kitui County Chairperson, used the engagement to rally party members behind President William Ruto’s administration and its broad development agenda. She emphasised the importance of building a united and organised party capable of connecting national leadership priorities with the needs and aspirations of ordinary citizens.
The legislator also highlighted the importance of listening to grassroots voices, noting that direct engagement with party members provides an opportunity to understand challenges on the ground and shape more inclusive political and development conversations. She reaffirmed her commitment to peaceful political participation, unity and leadership anchored on service delivery.
The Mutomo-Kibwea meeting marks another step in Nyamai’s efforts to consolidate UDA’s presence across Kitui South and strengthen its grassroots structures. With political activities gradually gathering momentum ahead of 2027, the MP is positioning herself at the centre of the party’s mobilisation efforts in the county, while rallying supporters behind the message of continued development and political unity.
