Hon. Mark Nding’o, the esteemed MCA representing Yatta Kwa Vonza Ward in Kitui County, actively participated in a significant capacity building training session on legislative and oversight roles held on April 18, 2024. Alongside fellow MCAs, Hon. Nding’o delved into valuable insights aimed at enhancing their leadership skills and legislative prowess.

The training, facilitated by the Center for Human Rights and Civic Education (CHRCE) in partnership with the United National Development Programme (UNDP) and Amken Wakenya, is geared towards empowering MCAs to effectively execute their responsibilities in governance. Noteworthy among the speakers was the esteemed former Makueni governor, Professor Kivutha Kibwana, whose insights added significant depth to the proceedings.
